Orders can be placed directly through our official online store. Simply select your desired items, choose your size, and proceed to secure checkout. After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Orders may be modified or cancelled only before they enter processing. We recommend contacting our Client Services team as soon as possible should you require assistance.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking details. Registered clients may also monitor their order status within their account.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders.
Delivery times are calculated from the date of order placement:
- Standard delivery: Up to 10 business days
- Jeans and Custom-Made Jeans: Delivery may take up to 4 weeks
Our denim pieces — particularly our custom-made jeans — require additional production time due to their precise craftsmanship and elevated finishing standards. This ensures each garment meets our uncompromising quality expectations.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Yes. All duties and taxes are fully included in the final purchase price.
Our clients will never be required to pay additional customs charges, import duties, or hidden fees upon delivery. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay — guaranteed.
Orders must be shipped to an address within the same country in which the purchase is made. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
- With all original tags attached
Returns that do not meet these standards may not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
