Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch Times

All ENARMO pieces are individually prepared upon order.

Ready-to-wear items (Hoodies, Sweatshirts, T-Shirts, Trackpants, etc.)
Dispatch within up to 10 business days.
Denim & Custom-Made Jeans
Due to the artisanal production process, dispatch within up to 4 weeks.

These timeframes represent maximum preparation periods. Whenever possible, orders are shipped sooner.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking details.

Shipping Costs & Duties

Shipping is complimentary.
No shipping costs are charged at checkout.
Customs duties and import taxes are covered by ENARMO.
Customers will not incur additional charges upon delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and logistics providers. Delays caused by force majeure, customs inspections, or transport providers remain outside our direct control.

Returns

To ensure fairness and maintain our pricing integrity:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and prevent fraudulent or speculative purchases.

Customers are legally responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

In the rare event that an incorrect or defective item is delivered, ENARMO will review the case individually and may reimburse return shipping costs at its discretion.
Please note: there is no automatic entitlement to reimbursement of return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

Be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
Be returned in their original packaging
Include all hangtags, labels, protective elements, and accessories

If items are returned with signs of wear, damage, removed tags, or incomplete packaging, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the legally required timeframe.
